Compare data between 2 excel spreadsheets and report difference in value

I am looking for someone to compare the data between two excel spreadsheets and report all the differences. Specifically, I need someone to compare the numeric values from one sheet to the other where each row is a unique entry. The report should detail all the differences between the spreadsheets. The top 4 rows of the result sheet shows what I am looking to achieve
