I have a raw spreadsheet containing patient-level demographic information—age, gender, and a column outlining key medical history and existing conditions. I need this data transformed into a clear, insight-rich Excel workbook that lets me compare how different age groups and genders are distributed across the various conditions.
Here is what I expect:
• A cleaned data tab where obvious entry errors are flagged and duplicates removed.
• Pivot-table driven comparisons showing, for example, prevalence of each condition by gender and by age band.
• Easy-to-read charts (clustered bar or heat-map—whatever communicates best) automatically updating from the pivot tables.
• A short narrative summary inside the workbook that highlights the most striking differences you uncover.
I will provide the file in XLSX; please keep everything in Excel—no outside BI tools. The final workbook must be fully formula-driven so we can refresh with new records later and instantly regenerate the same views. Data security is essential, so all work stays in the file I send—no cloud uploads. When finished, send back only the completed XLSX.
