Compact Database Development for Contact Management

I'm looking for a proficient person that can go into links and write emails and phone numbers. There are 15,000 Records to revise. Work needs to start asap and be completed with a good team. This is not a one person job. I need all records completed real time from a file on google drive. Must be complete with 24 hours
Currently, I'm using Excel spreadsheets, which is proving inefficient. I require an effective solution to input data and offer functionality that makes the information more accessible.

Go into profile and extract email, phone number , link in the bio and also any nics in the bio

- Data Entry
- Knowledge in data export would be a plus.
