Commercial Real Estate Investment Financial Modeling in Excel
Budget: $5 – $20 USD
I'm looking for a couple Excel wizards who understand financial investing concepts to help me build medium complexity financial models. I am good at excel and finance and have been doing this for several years, but I'm looking for experienced excel experts to help make advanced models and know how to make excel formulas efficient.
Efficient knowledge examples
- I will never use vLookups because it's not efficient and will wreck models, there's better formulas.
- It's better to incorporate boolean logic to say 1=yes, not have a million =if(test,'true','false') formulas.
Financial Concepts - IRR, xIRR, NPVs, xNPVS, joint-venture waterfalls, etc.
I have not used VBA in models yet, but may in the future.
The projects are ongoing and about 5-10 hours/week. I have a lot of examples we can reverse engineer portions
Attached is an example of the quality of modeling and formulas in excel and complexity I need help creating.
We will collaborate with voice and screenshare a bit to communicate in real time, so please be comfortable with that.
I'm hoping to work with a few people to create a small team so we can find the best solutions and formulas and error check each others work.
