Commercial Real Estate Company Contacts: Data Entry and Research

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to assist us with a data entry and research project that is expected to last less than one month. The ideal candidate should have experience in company research, data entry, and Microsoft Excel.
The main responsibilities of this role will include conducting extensive research on various commercial real estate development companies and entering contact information into an excel sheet. Candidates will be expected to have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Prior knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred since a minor portion of the job involves writing down what tenants each development company works with.
