Commercial Project Estimator for Metal Stud Framing & Drywall.

I have a construction project in mind that I need an estimator for. Specifically, it's a commercial building project that needs to be accurately costed. It is a 2-story 80,000 SF medical office building core & shell. our scope of work includes CFM framing, sheathing, rough carpentry, insulation, fireproofing, shaft walls, LGS framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings.
I'm not just looking for a ballpark figure, but rather a detailed itemized estimate that covers all potential costs. A comprehensive understanding of construction costs and the ability to delve into specific areas of cost is required. Ideal candidate will have experience with OST & QuickBid, as well as Proest. A candidate with their own software is preferred.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong previous experience in construction estimation, specifically within commercial buildings. More specifically with metal stud framing & drywall
- Ability to create detailed itemized cost analyses with detailed material and labor costs.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and other relevant pricing information.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven record of providing accurate estimates.
