Collecting digital customer data via Homepage / make it to a standard writing

Hello,
i want to convert collected data from a homepage, not necessarily conditional logic, to transfer into standard writing *.doc or *.pdf
E.g. customers give their name and addrees what will be converted into doc or `pdf.
Signing a special letter for legitimation should be via E-Sign/digital siganture / ninja/wforms/ etc.
If possible, the data should be in a transformable "exchange data collection" for german database (transformable)
The thing is the infrastructure in the back, not an homepage itself, as this is easy doing.
