Collect visitors Data

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me collect and analyze visitor data. The data I need to collect includes demographic information such as age, gender, and location. I also need to track clickstream data and conversion data such as actions taken on site and purchases made. I require both visualization and data analysis, and the preferred format for receiving the data is Google Sheets.
