Coding automation for Quip Worksheets (similar to Excel)

We are looking for a freelancer who can create automations in Quip worksheets. The data is auto populated from Salesforce into a live sheet on Quip. We'd like certain keywords in columns to trigger auto populations to other sheets and create actions.
