R Coding & Data Analysis Assistance

Job ID: 38343275

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm in the final stage of my dissertation and I'm facing a challenge with using R on my Mac.

- I initially ran my code in 2021. I have since forgotten how to code in R or use R studio. I have retrained myself somewhat, but I was never very competent at it in the first place. At the end of my dissertation defence, one of my examiners decided I need to filter out 9 participants and re-run the code. I have filtered them out.

- Complications: My R studio won't load correctly: When I try running the packages using a command line code, it says the web address is incorrect. I'm able to check the packages using the tick box, but then when I run the code I get all sorts of errors. Additionally, I accidentally closed my latest workspace and can't find it anywhere. I have reconstructed some of my code from my February 25th, 2021 workspace. Between February 25th and March 2021, I changed one of my variables in the data from Non_rising_Son to Sonority.Slope. The non-rising was binary Y/N, while sonority slope has three levels: rising, same, falling.

- What Kind of Help I Need: Mostly just running my code, tweaking it, and giving me the results. Then doing an ANOVA comparing my two mixed regression models (the one with 9 participants filtered and the one without 9 participants filtered).

-I have also gotten a singularity warning. I didn't get this back in 2021 when I first ran the code (using lme4).

- Skills Required: The ideal freelancer would be proficient in R programming, debugging, data analysis and familiarity with Mac systems would be a bonus.

Thank you for considering my project. Your time and skills are greatly appreciated.
