Clinic Revenue and PPC Optimization

I am looking for a freelancer who can improve the volume of patients, optimize (PPC) campaigns and in turn, increase revenue for each doctor and the clinic as a whole. The data will be handled in weekly, monthly, and yearly timelines (WOW, MOM, MTD, YTD).
The chosen freelancer will be required to:
- Analyze the existing PPC campaigns and suggest improvements
- Develop strategies to increase patient volume
- Present data through engaging and easy-to-understand graphs and charts
