Client database automation and extraction

I am looking to hire an automation guru who can assist me with automating one of our monthly processes for our company.
I am wanting to automate the following process if possible:
1) I have a client contact database which holds all of our current client information in a spreadsheet form
2) Each month we get a list of clients insurance policies that are renewing for the month however, this spreadsheet only contains the customers name and their policy information and no email address which is what I am needing.
3) I am wanting to be able to upload the list of clients for that month and have the appropriate emails extracted from the client information spreadsheet and add it to the same line in excel to which it applies for that customer.
I am sure that this is quite a simple job for the right person.
