Clarion TPS database file to CSV

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a small Clarion TPS database file (less than 1 GB) to a standard CSV file. I would like all the data in the database file to be converted. There is no specific format preference for the CSV file, so a standard CSV format will suffice.
