Clairville Homes Doc's

Hi I'm looking for someone that can design some document templates for my company. These documents are presented to our prospective clients. Attached is an example of what I am wanting. The first document (Lares Sepc) is the look and layout I like. The second document is (Clairville BSA) what we are using at the moment. I have about 5 different documents that need a revamp. Obviously information needs to be updated for each client. Not sure what program is needed. Excell would be prefered for the attached as we have sums in it.
