Civil3D LISP Automation Expert

I am seeking a skilled specialist in LISP programming for Civil3D, to develop automated routines for data extraction and manipulation.
Key responsibilities:
- Successfully develop and implement automated routines using LISP for Civil3D
- Specific task process
a. Import CAD layout on top of surface in Civil3D manually, or import XY point file if it makes easier.
b. Extract elevation data from the surface of the XY coordinates.
c. Numbering each object on top of the layout
d. Output file with .CSV format
Ideal candidate will have:
- Vast experience and knowledge in LISP programming
- Specific proficiency with Civil3D software
- Proven track record in creating automated routines for data extraction and manipulation
- Deep understanding of geo-location data handling and manipulation
