Churn Analysis using Excel

Hi I need and data analysis expert who can help me analyse churn rate using excel or other tools he may recommend.

Details of the task:

+a sample data set will be provided
+create meninglful pivot table
+create a meaningful churn analysis of customers who subscribed made a transition and then stoped doing
+advise on any other special KPI that needs to be considered.

Note: Only dummy data will be provided, and I will replicate the formulas internally on the full data.
