Change a MS Word to MS Excel format

I have a 60 page descriptive Word document and i need to export and transfer the name and some other sections of each paragraph to an Excell file. It would be easier for me to keep a track of the activities on the Excell file. See sample format as attachment. It could be done automatic or manual by the project excuter.
