Cell referencing and data validation

The Details: in this project, we use cell referencing to make calculations much easier and more effective
and we added a data validation tool to make the worksheet more dynamic and have some automation
we used functions like(sumifs - countifs - offset - counta - and many more)
and also tools like(define name - use in formula - create from selection - name manager - data validation)
