Catering Financial Calculation Spreadsheet Development
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
As a professional catering firm, I'm seeking a proficient Excel analyst to develop a comprehensive spreadsheet for handling financial calculations, specifically related to catering tracking and payments. The main functional realities include:
1. Driver Payment Summation: I would like to log the payout for each job and have the sheet calculate how much each driver is to be paid at the end of the week.
2. Delivery fee calculation. I would also like a column where the total delivery fees charged to the client are summed up
3. Also needed in the total payout made to all drivers
I’ve attached the numbers chart I’ve been using but I’d love it if I could enter each delivery by client name or invoice number and track, the order total, delivery fee, driver payout, driver payout. And maybe a secondary chart or graph that summarizes the fees, payouts and totals.
The ideal freelancer for this project is someone experienced in financial analysis, particularly using Numbers or Excel. A background in accounting or finance with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas, will be highly appreciated. Please include examples of similar work in your bid.
