Catering Application

I would like to convert our Excel restaurant catering worksheet into a more user friendly app that has database capabilities so we could run reports - for example all the food that's required for the upcoming weekend, etc
I'd like new catering events to automatically populate into our Google Calendar
I don't really know what the finished product should look like from a user perspective - just more user friendly, less cumbersome, and provide some great output. We currently enter data for caterings (tab 1) and the output is a "catering sheet" (tab 2) that we print for the kitchen, then we have an email summary (tab 3) that we copy and paste into gmail and send to the customers.
I'm also looking for someone who can provide ongoing support in terms of improvements and fixes as we begin to use the app.
We had a great person working on it and we were almost finished but he disappeared and I don't have any of his work, unfortunately...but the good news is that I have a better idea of what I'm looking for
