Capturing information into CRM

I am looking to hire a freelancer to capture basic information into the HubSpot CRM platform. Specifically, the freelancer will need to create new entries with the following basic information: name, email, phone, and other pertinent details. The amount of entries expected to be created is yet to be determined. Knowledge of the HubSpot platform is preferred but not necessarily required.
