Can you measure drawings on PDF, understand specification documents and create a bill of quantities ?
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I am looking for an estimator who can produce a bill of quantities for tender documents and quotation requests for construction projects I am pricing.
The person must be knowledgeable with interior construction and be able to read and understand a spec document. They must also be able to produce marked up drawings and an excel document that I can add rates to in order to produce an official price for my client.
Works will be valued in a per hour basis per project.
