Campaign Automation Tool - Power Automate

Colleagues are requesting a unique Campaign Name, URL, and QR Code/Link for each promoter which are already created and save on an excel file. There are two types of promoters: Internal and External. The excel file contains two tabs for these categories with all request (ready to be requested). For Internal promoters, there is only one entry per requester.

For Internal (The control is Only one request per "RequestedBy")

Flow
The flow involves several steps. First, locate the next available URL in the Excel file. Then, send an email to the requester with campaign name, URL, and QR code or link. Once the information is received, update the file with the requested details, including the requester’s name, country, and date in the internal tab.
IF "RequestedBy" is already registered, send an email informing that is previously registered

2. "External Tab" Similar as point 1, but we need also to update "Promoter Name (External Only)", which is typed by the user in the Form (EXTERNAL TAB)
