Calls and mails summary Dashboard -- 2

Two reports get downloaded 1) shows calls 2) shows mails . I want to combine both the reports and see how many calls are made to customers and how many mails are sent to our customers every week. The dashboard should be interactive and dates can be changed accordingly to see any week data on the dashboard against each employee or account managers.
