Calendar planning on Excel sheet (use of macros)

Project Description:
I am looking for an Excel expert who can help me create a Yearly planner on an Excel sheet using macros. It will be used to book vacancy slots. The macros required for this project are of basic complexity.
Requirements:
- Allow users to plan vacancy on a given date using the calendar by pressing a button
- Show the number of remaining vacancy days for each user
- Unused vacancy days must be available the following year (1 year rollout)
- The macros should have basic complexity
- The calendar must be updated with new dates every year
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA programming
- Experience in creating macros for calendar planning
- Attention to detail and ability to understand and implement specific requirements
