Calculate number of glass panels depending on the length of a side

I need to be able to calculate how many glass panels in a side on a excel file.
The glasses are from 650 mm to 1200 mm in length, in 50 mm increments.
So, if a side is 10 000mm I would like to know the ideal size of glass panels along the side.
To illustrate: Imagine a straight line of 10 000 mm. What are the optimal sizes? 750 mm each glass? 700 mm each glass? The answer here is 1 000 mm each glass times 10.
However, I need excel to help me solve the issue when it is not as easy calculating it.
