CSV to Outlook: Sales Data Import
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have approximately 1500 contacts from the California Department of Health website(which you can download free). I need a skilled professional to clean, transform and import this data into Outlook for my sales database.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel for data cleaning and transformation
- Experience with Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
Key Tasks:
- Clean and transform the data as necessary
- Import the data into Outlook
- Validate the data for any duplicates or erroneous entries before cleaning.
- Standardize fields to match Outlook’s required format, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Ensure the CSV file is in the correct format for Outlook import.
Please use the standard Outlook fields for the contacts. Here is the link to the State of Ca. Be sure to know there are thousands of healthcare facilities. I only want the skilled nursing facilities -oftne called "SNF" or Long Term Care". There are about 1500 total I need to be put into Outlook. My goal would be to sort by chain and owner so I can target sales better. But sometimes it has the same shareholders--which are disclosed as well. Would like to get donew in 1 day for the bulk of it and details -fine tuning later. WOUld like to be able to sort by "Administrator" and the Director of Nurses(DON) preferbly a mobile and email field for each.
