CSV File Comparison

I have two CSV files that I need compared.
I need to compare the file 1 and 2 attached.
we have to filter the data in the file 1 column C considering only the voice alta, bassa, media. And check if they are in the file 2 column C "sku" with a quantity (column G) >0
The app need to create as output a file with the data in the file 1 column C considering only the voice alta, bassa, media -> column A and in the column B:
- if there is in the file 2 column C "sku" with a quantity (column G) >0 yes
- if there is not no
