CRM Integration and Automated Email System

I need assistance in developing a system that would synchronize with our CRM, Openleads, for bid surveys. Right now, we’re using Google Forms, and we’re planning on transitioning to Office 365 Forms. Here's what I require:

- CRM integration: Our new system should automatically synchronize the survey data with our CRM, Openleads.
- Automated Emails: The system should send auto-populated emails based on the survey responses.
The emails currently contain attachments. We want everything replicated
- The current sheets it links to has a ton of autopopulating numbers, attachments, features - would love to keep and add more as well

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Expert with Office 365 Forms.
- Expert in automated email systems.
- Expert with Excel and codes
- Problem-solving skills and a creative approach to integrate our requirements together.

The goal here is to transfer what we currently have to Office. We already automated our process, reducing manual labor and ensuring accuracy in our data but need to replicate plus add to it.
