CREATING EXCEL FILE FROM A SAMPLE

I have a sample excel file that can be used a travel planner and I would like to have a new file with some changes in the sample like colour, pictures, same columns but a little bit change in the presentation
Half of the work is already done in sample file like we can keep the same formulas but just need to change the presentation of the file
