Looking for obtaining COBIT Frame work implementation. The scope will involve
Defining the approach for the IT process maturity assessment.
Finalising usage the methodology/templates.
Conducting a COBIT workshop for identified staff, and use this workshop to identify the IT process
and assess the level based on the management guideline of COBIT with the stakeholder.
Identify the current maturity level, define expected maturity levels and obtain conformance
Providing assessment on the capability of customers’ s IT processes and process attributes
Aligning to the Municipal ICT Governance Framework.
Identifying gaps and misalignment in maturity levels.
Preparing an outline of the road map for bridging the gap (transition plan), indicating timelines, personnel and financial resource requirements.
Prioritizing the transition plan and identifying brief projects for each action in the agreed-upon templates.
Providing recommendations on process improvements to continually improve the customer’s IT environment effectiveness and efficiency and achievement
Discussing and submitting a draft report followed by final report of recommendations to Executive Management and the Audit and Risk Committee.
