Button in Excel to generate sample selected from a populaiton

I want to have a button in excel to generate a sample from a population. Kindly check my sheet (Excel sheet for sample selection) tab 4 . the sheet has the total number of samples to be selected. I just want a button to select this sample in Tab 4 . you have to convince me before rewarding the project that you can do it. please make sure you understand what should be doing. thank you
