Business Scheduler Design for Contractor

We're a contractor business in need of a visual scheduling tool (preferably a Gantt chart) to track our current and future jobs, while simultaneously calculating our monthly revenue.

We have an existing tool that is very cumbersome and the macros/formulas frequently break. Ideally, this can be used as a template and a new one can be built with fewer problems.

Key Requirements:
- A .xls tool suitable for hosting on our company Sharepoint for collaboration (user permissions handled here)
- A visual representation of our job schedule
- An automatic calculation of our earnings each month based on how much of a job was worked in that month. For example, if a job is $100,000 and spread over exactly two months, $50k would show in one month towards that month's total, and another $50k in the second month.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in designing scheduling tools or Gantt charts
- Understanding of contractor business revenue tracking
- Ability to make complex data visually accessible and understandable
