Business Card Images to be converted to Excel

Business cards are in jpg format. I need the data like the Name, company name, Email id, Phone Number etc., to be pulled into an excel spreadsheet in text format. There are approximately 300 Images in total with each image file having 1 to maximum of 8 Business cards in it. On an Average 3 cards in each Image file.
