I need a skilled professional to manage my business accounts.
Key Responsibilities/Features:
- Expense Tracking: A system to monitor, record, and analyze company expenses on Project/Company Level.
- Reporting and Analytics: Tools to generate insightful reports and facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Invoice Management: An organized system for tracking and managing incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Budgeting Tools: Create, manage, and track departmental and overall company budgets.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Comprehensive management of money owed by and to the company.
- Fixed Asset Management: Track and manage the lifecycle of the company's physical assets.
- Project Accounting: Manage and track financials for individual projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
- General Ledger: Centralized repository for all accounting data, facilitating easy access and management.
- Payment Management: System should be able to generate payment voucher in excel.
- Salary payment - System should fetch data from HRA(in future) or data should be send to Accounts to make salary slips and payment of salaries.
- Account Departments should be able to able interact with other applications.
Account Department Dashboard Features:-
- List of Projects
- Pending Tasks, for example: any pending payments
- Overall as well as Projects wise Data Analytics
- Payroll list- for payment of company employees, Data will either come/send by HRA.
Notes: -
- Each module should have access control on indivisual level.
Examples-
- A Project should have different payments type, such as material payment, labour payment, site expenses and many more. User should be able to create different payment type (except few default payment types), on individual project level.
