Right now I'm giving a data entry person an excel spreadsheet that has one sheet of all of the 100 registration URLs that need to be successfully submitted to and then another sheet tab at the bottom left of the sheet that has the user data that's to be input into all the URL registrations on the sheet.
There are around 100 urls that go to registration forms that need to be successfully submitted with the user data that is on the excel sheet.
This process needs to happen everyday however even though all of the 100 URLs stay the same the user data that gets submitted for the 100 registrations changes to a different persons data every day.
Request the example excel spreadsheet as well as our explainer video that shows the process further.
Notes to consider is that any URLs that require a one-time passcode Can be disregarded and we can replace those urls with different website registrations.
Let me know if you can create an automation for this process so all we have to do is input the user data and then the automation will go ahead and take that user data and fill in and register all of the urls.
The same username and password can be used for each different users 100 account registrations.
That way when all of the registrations are completed the finish excel spreadsheet can have all the usernames and passwords for all the registrations that were successfully submitted with a successfully submitted column that shows a check mark or a verification that each registration was successfully completed next to each row URL.
Please let me know how long it would take you to complete this and if you can complete it as well as the estimated cost to successfully be able to create this automation so it works every time.
Any website urls that give us trouble While running the automation can be replaced with other registrations that will remove any frustrating errors.

Your Goal: Automate daily submission of 100 registration URLs using a new user’s data each day.
How It Works:
1. Input:
- Sheet 1 (URLs): 100 static registration URLs (same daily).
- Sheet 2 (User Data): Daily-changing user details (name, email, etc.).
- OTP-required URLs will be removed/replaced upfront.
2. Automation Steps:
- Read Data: The tool pulls the daily user data and URLs from your Excel file.
- Form Submission: For each URL, the automation:
- Opens the registration page.
- Fills in the user data + a fixed username/password (same for all 100 registrations per user).
- Submits the form.
- Success Tracking: Logs a ✅ or “Success” next to each URL in the output spreadsheet. Failed submissions are flagged ❌ with an error reason.
3. Output:
- A finalized Excel sheet showing:
- All URLs.
- Usernames/passwords used.
- Success/failure status for each submission.
- Troublesome URLs are highlighted for replacement.
