Bulk SMS Sending from Excel

I need a method or script to send bulk SMS messages from a phone number located in another country. The phone can be accessed through Google Messages for Web. The phone numbers list where we have to send the message are listed in an Excel sheet. The ideal solution should be easy to use and not overly complicated.
