Building a scraping tool for real estate websites

I have a small real estate company in Antwerp (Belgium) focused on investment properties. I spend more than an hour/day in manually putting data from potentially interesting rental properties from real estate websites www.immoweb.be and www.2dehands.be in my Hubspot-account. I’m looking for a developer who can make this job more efficient. Our business is for a big part data driven so a cooperation for future purposes is likely.

I will try to be so specific as possible.

I’m prospecting on owners (so no real estate agencies) of rental properties who are advertising their apartment for rental purposes (not for sale). I call or email them to find out when they are planning to sell their property.

Can you develop a tool for me where I can do the following on a daily basis:
- Scraping all rental appartements under an adjustable rental price (e.g. equal or less than 750EUR/month (only possible with immoweb.be)) that are for rent directly from the owner and not through real estate agencies?
- Adjustable postal codes
- Put all information (if available) underneath in an Excel sheet or directly in my Hubspot account

 All email-adresses are hidden but I once talked to a developer who claimed he could capture the emailadresses that are ‘hidden’. Can you advise me in this matter?

Can you let me know if this is possible and if you can advise me on some other possibilities? Can you give me a direction in what the total cost will be for such a feature?
