Building a dashboard to monitor and analyze KPI results

I want to create a dashboard on excel sheet that have multiple sheets which allows to store different processes and its corresponding KPI, each process have one or more KPI that need to be filled by the owner of the process. I need to have all the KPI’s data represented and visualized on a separated sheet that can be reported back to management level as a report. The visualization need to be on speedometer chart or something similar that shows the percentage of the KPI.
