Buildertrend specialist/expert

I need someone to help implement and manage and maintain Buildertrend for a construction company based in Ireland.
I want to automate and move as many current tasks that are currently on excel.
I need better real time accurate financial reporting
I need job costs analysed
Budgets and forecasts maintained
INvoices etc entered into buildertrend etc
