Builder Bid Sheet

I am looking for someone to set up formulas for builder bid sheets. I am looking for a price per plan not hourly. The notes have the math that needs to be plugged into formulas. See the attached. Each plan has a bid sheet for wall tile, floor tile, backsplash, vinyl, hardwood, and carpet.
