Build a sophisticated exponential decay formula into an Excel sheet to match sample data

I have a set of data points that show the likelihood of a loss event happening. 80% of the time there is no loss; 5% of the time the loss is ~$500, $4% of the time the loss is $1,500, etc.

I would like to have a sophisticated curve to fit the data, with the formula built in excel.
