Build a new streamlined excel file from example file (sumifs, lookups, simple formulas)

Looking for an excel modeler to take a very large excel file and rebuild/streamline it. It has basic sumifs, lookups and if then statements but has significant cross calculations that are now requiring lots of memory to run. There is also a lot of outputs/tabs that are no longer needed.
Task will be to meet with business rep and determine which outputs are needed and then build a new streamlined file with 4 input tabs and a few output tabs.
