Build me a manufacturing scheduler

I want a spreadsheet or program that I can use as a manufacturing scheduler. It needs to be calendar based and have daily limits (I need to be able to alter this parameter). Ultimately I would like to be able to setup products that have a standard parameter assigned to them and then be able to build a quantities of these products into an order. For example product 1 is equivalent to 2.12 standard products. Product 1 has been ordered in a pallet quantity of 20 and they have ordered 2 pallets. Using the information above each pallet is equivalent to 42.4 standard products. The factory can manufacture 51 standard products per day and therefore each pallet takes just under one day to manufacture. The program would need to be able to assign the correct amount of product per day from the order to be manufactured and the remaining part of the order to the next day with the ability to have multiple orders each day. I want to be able to drag and drop the orders into the calendar and it assign the required time so I can have a ETA for delivery. The other thing it needs to be able to do is move future orders along the schedule if an order is moved around on the calendar. The ability to block out days for non work days etc is essential.
The picture attached is two days from the spreadsheet I made but doesn’t work how I need it to. It does however show 2 orders, the first is made up of 2 pallets with 20 products on each pallet (order number Q1496). In this instance the first pallet is completed on the 18th of the month as well as 4 products from the second pallet with a total daily production of 50.88 standard products (42.4 + 8.48). On the 19th the remaining 16 products from order Q1496 pallet 2 are completed and a new order started. Order Q1489 is pallets of 25 (this information isn’t actually shown on the photo) and 8 products from this order have been completed on the 19th totaling 50.88 equivalent standard products for the day.
