I need a macro that can compare data sets from different months. Id like to look at certain management levels and compare individuals within that data set against themselves. So as an example a Level 3 manager named mark. Look at his score for jan, feb, march. Then all levels 3s for the same time period and show if our level 3 managers are getting better or worse. Same for level 4s, 5s, 6s, etc.
