My objective is to build a model to analyze and and manage liquidity for my Real Estate Private Equity firm. The model should be easy to use, good at visualize data and flexible for scenario analyses. A simple, but useful, Excel model could be preferred but I'm open to suggestions. The success of this project can lead to more projects.
