Building Excel/PowerBi dashboard for invoicing forecast for analyzing the GAP compared with the delivery plan [client wise, Project manager wise, PO wise etc].
Data will be available in three or four tables with the complete possibility of mapping relationships. Data table used are;
1- Project list: PO#, PO Value, Delivery status etc
2- Project delivery forecast: Month-wise delivery for Materials
3- Project delivery forecast: Month-wise delivery for Services
4- PO wise invoicing forecast: Month-wise invoicing forecast for all PO’s
