Build investment portfolio statement excel

I need to automatize the following process in excel:

INPUT
Portfolio positions (quantity, value, P/L, etc)
Asset classification for every position (asset class, sub asset class, sector, country, etc)
Periodical balances of the portfolio

OUTPUT
Summary of positions statement
Detailed positions statement
Asset Allocation plots to show asset classes, sectors, countries, etc

All needs to be presented in a pdf in a consistent manner, with a very nice design
