Build me a financial budget in Excel

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to build me a financial budget in Excel. The budget also has to be aesthetically pleasing and user friendly.
The colour scheme has to be gender neutral.
I would like the following sections all on one sheet:
Income, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses.
There will be a number of rows under each section. ie. Under "Income" you'd have Salary, Dividends etc.
You should be able to choose frequency for ie. Weekly, Monthly, Yearly.
There will also be charts for the relevant sections.
