Build an excellent inventory management system in excel for my business

I run a multi designer store, we have multiple vendors/designer brands whom we so source our products from.
We maintain our store inventory in excel sheet which is unorganised.
We get challan on purchase orders, and then for every sale we made we send our month end reports to designers for stock and sales reports.
